[While Kanji is busy sewing more poké-accessories Chiffon the Snubbull decided that now was the best time to steal Kanji's gear. It's pretty obvious that Chiffon is in the bathroom and the only thing that's clearly visible is the toilet. Welp... it was nice knowing you cruel world!!!-- but before Chiffon could successfully drop it in, he slips, and lands in the toilet instead.

The gear is facing up in between the toilet and the sink by this time.]

What the-- Chiffon? Where'd you go... Chiff--ffffft. Man, looks like you got yourself into some kind of trouble. What in the hell were you doing in here anyways? [With that said and done, Kanji walks over to the toilet and grabs said pokémon and gear and then walks over to the sink. He places the gear on the soap dish and goes about cleaning Chiffon. In between scrubs he pauses and stops as he looks at his reflection in the mirror.]

What in the-- jeez! How did I let this get so bad? Unless I can find some bleach in a store here I guess I'll have to wear my breeders bandana until I get back to Goldenrod.

Not really? It's more you face yourself kinda thing. Like shit you'd normally hide or keep to yourself is on display in that world...

...What happens if you won't face yourself?

Well-- if you refuse or deny everything your shadow self says... then it'll turn into this monster shadow. [he pauses slightly.] Your shadow self is... well everything you keep to yourself, everything you hide and it only appears in the TV world. If you refuse everything while you're alone then... things won't look good and you'll eventually die.

If you refuse to see your shadow self all together then... you'll still die. But it'll be a death by shadows. Shadows are... I guess what you'd say the local residence inside the TV world? And if you can't protect yourself then... you're screwed.

I see. Huh. So it's not really like the corrupted souls back in my world, but still dangerous.

And... uhh I-- really didn't get to fight mine. Well, by the end of it I gave 'im a good punch. But my friends did. I kinda rejected mine, and it turned into something that made me pass out.

[She does look surprised by that at first, but that eventually turns into a smile.]

I'm really glad you had your friends with you. I'm especially glad that they're people you can depend on like that, I can only imagine how awful it must be to have to face something like that...at least you weren't by yourself.

Yeah... about that-- I didn't really know them all that well in the beginning. They were just a bunch of nosy kids that went to my school. But the fact that they'd stick their necks out like that for me, even if they didn't know me all that well either? That just... man if it weren't for them I probably wouldn't be here right now. I owe them my life, and I'm kinda glad that they stuck their noses where they shouldn't have.

Isn't that what friends are for in the first place? I probably wouldn't have met most of my friends if we didn't interfere in each others' business at some point. All that really matters is you're friends now and you care enough to do anything to protect each other.

Yeah... Yeah I guess you're right.
