Seventh Punch

[For tonight's entertainment Maoh will be attempting to use Kanji's gear as a surf board! He toddles his way on over to the pool but before he's able to use the device as a floaty he slips on a tiny puddle and falls in instead. Unfortunately, as the gear is on the ground all the viewers can see is the sky above. Though-- if you listen carefully you can hear the Pichu's small, yet frantic splashing. However, as time goes on the splashing noises start to decrease.

A couple of minutes pass as a dark blur zooms by the gear and a big splash is heard a few seconds after. Up pops on the screen is a very wet, very out of breath, very disgruntled looking Kanji.]

D-Dammit Maoh. I--I told you to stay away from the pool.

[The small Pichu he has in his lap looks a bit lifeless. Though it may look bleak, Maoh is breathing. He pushes his damp bangs out of his face.]

S-Shit... I hope it's... not to late. I don't... I don't even know what to do. [by this point it looks like he's going to have a panic attack.] Those.... those c-centers would help, right? Shit why did this have to happen!?

[As soon as the nurse walks away Kanji breathes a sigh of relief as he sinks back into the chair. Thank god he was sitting. 'cause if he wasn't he'd totally be bff with the floor right now since his legs feel like jelly.]

[Looking over with a hopeful smile. He's genuinely happy to hear this news. Despite all his LETS POSITIVE THINKING, he was pretty worried.]

[he looks at the fist as if contemplating what he should do with it. He could be a jerk and not fist bump him. But-- he's just not in that type of mood right now, so fist bump!!!] Good.

[That would be pretty deeeeek to do, so it's a good thing he didn't.] So, you want me to stick around until everything's all good?

[Once in a while, he does good. He notices that but. He doesn't say anything... mostly because asskicking cannot happen right now.] You want me to go grab some food or something? We may be here a couple more hours or something.

[He will. Well, Poké-Animal crackers. Along with some onigiri and a couple of other random snacks he grabbed off shelves. When he gets back into the Center, he stands in front of Kanji and tosses him the crackers.] My treat.

Man, are you kidding me!? These are great! [and with that he rips open the bag and pulls out one of them and pops one into his mouth.]

[Laughing. Kanji, you are so amazingly simple sometimes. He sits, pulling one of the onigiri out of the bag and beginning to unwrap it.] So what type would you look for in those packages?

[he pulls out a Meowth cracker and eats it quickly.] Don't they have that penguin pokémon? What is it called? I know it begins with a P....

Oh, uh...! I think I've heard about it. I've never actually seen one, aside from like, on the phone straps in the department store. Pep-something? Pip-something?

Pipyum-- no.... Pip...Pipup? Nah, that ain't it.... uh... Pipcup? [he squints as he rubs his chin.] Piplup???
